Salads don't have to be boring! Switch things up in your kitchen and try this lemongrass & soy sauce salmon recipe... thank me later!

ingredients for the salad:
- 1 Salmon Fillet
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Avocado
ingredients for the rub:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemongrass
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp honey
for the dressing:
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh lemongrass (or lemongrass paste)
- 1 tsp crushed garlic (or garlic paste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
toppings:
- Sesame seeds
- Chilli flakes
Instructions:
- Rub 2tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp of lemongrass paste, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp honey on the salmon fillet. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius until ready (about 15 minutes)
- Chop the lettuce, cucumber and avocado. Add the dressing, then top with the baked salmon fillet.
