Fail to prepare, prepare to fail!
Who hasn't come home from a long day at work, with no energy to cook dinner? In this situation, most of us (even the most dedicated to clean eating) will just go for the easier option: usually a ready meal (I have nothing against ready meals... but they are not always the healthiest option!), some snacks, chocolate bars, etc etc...
Preparing your meals in advance is a great way to make sure you will stick to your goals, and eat clean all week.
