Learn how to make HEALTHY BROWNIES with a surprising ingredient... AVOCADO! This low carb recipe is loaded with healthy fats! Try it out! (Serves 9, 133 kcal / brownie)
INGREDIENTS:
- 200g ripe avocado
- 20g melted coconut oil
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 200g almond flour (or ground almonds)
- 25g cacao powder
- Sweetner of choice, to taste (I used coconut sugar, but you could use honey, agave syrup,...)
- 15g dark chocolate chips

1. Preheat your oven at 180°C / 365°F
2. In a large bowl, mash the avocado.
3. Add in the egg whites, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and mix.
4. Add in the almond flour, cacao powder, and mix.
5. Add sweetner of your choice, to taste.
6. Use coconut oil to grease a baking tray, and pour the mixture over.
7. Top with the dark chocolate chips.
8. Bake in the over for 20-30 minutes (until ready)
