Ingredients
- 250 ml coconut Milk (I like to use Alpo's coconut milk)
- 40g chia seeds (4 tbsp)
- 10g Unsweetened cacao powder (1 tbsp)
- Shredded coconut to taste (I like to add 1 tbsp)
- Honey, agave syrup, coconut sugar, or any other sweetener of your choice, to taste

how to prepare chia pudding
It couldn't be easier! Just pour 250ml coconut milk into a glass and mix it with the unsweetened cacao powder and sweetener (Just like you would make a "hot" chocolate!). Then add the chia seeds and shredded coconut. Leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. The chia seeds will expand to form a jellylike consistency. Serve!
